Stephen Roshey has over 25 years’ experience in the Financial Services & Investment Banking industry and is the Founder and Managing Director of B2B Capital Pty Ltd.

Since 2006, Stephen has been involved in structured debt, equity and hybrid solutions for developments valued in excess of + $2billion. Whilst most transactions have been in the Real Estate sector, Stephen has proven ability to raise capital in Mining, Agricultural, Entertainment, Information Technology sectors as well a proven record of Venture Capital and Private Equity.

Stephen has the proven ability to create capital advisory solutions for a variety of niche investment markets both Domestically and Internationally.

Prior to founding B2B Capital in 2006, Stephen pursued private business in Financial Services after leaving Commonwealth Bank in 2001.

Stephen has a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) at Griffith University
